Summation
• All investments will be put into an escrow account with interest. The funds will not be touched until all monies are in and Pre-Production has begun. If all budgetary requirements are not met, or project does not commence, investments will be returned with interest … no harm, no foul.
• All investors will be on a First in – First out basis. The primary objective is to repay the investors with a higher than normal rate of interest (TBD). Investors will be first to be paid after Sag, Distribution and Marketing costs. All investors, regardless of amount, will be paid at the same interest rate.
• Investors will be paid a percentage of Net-Profits in perpetuity (just as residuals are paid to actors).
• Remember: There are no guarantees. As with any investment, filmmaking can be a gamble. While rewards could be substantial, no promises can be made.
• All parties involved believe in this project and the utmost professionalism and quality will be demonstrated. We all want to succeed.
